Christoph will come to your home to meet with you and get a sense of your space. He will listen to what matters to you and will help make decisions about what items are to be moved.
He will use a floor plan of your next home, and together you'll determine the new layout and where your important items will be placed.
A move date will be set and a detailed calendar will be created to help you prepare. The Nextphase team will manage and book all aspects of the move.
We manage it all, so that you don't need to.

Pack, Move & Unpack

At NextPhase we specialize in mindfully packing up all that is to be moved to your new home.
Need support selecting items? Lean on us. Together we will sort, label and pack up what you love and what is essential to you.
On moving day, our expert NextPhase Movers will carefully transfer all your pieces into your new home. On the same day, our Specialists now unpack all the boxes and put all your pieces away.
We position everything according to plan. We use our artful eye and design sensibilities. Dishes are unwrapped and placed in cupboards. Beds are made. Pictures are hung. Bedside clocks are set. Phones are plugged in. TV's are connected.

Downsizing, Donation, Emptying
& Follow-Up

Christoph and his NextPhase team gently and efficiently support people in letting go of what's no longer needed. By donating to a selection of charities and by managing the sale of select items, we help our clients feel lighter and unburdened by "stuff".
We will also pack treasured pieces and bring them to family members or to storage units as required.
We empty homes completely and can work with our team of realtors to stage and sell homes whenever needed.
