Christoph Kesting is the new CEO of Next Phase. He is passionate about supporting people to simplify and in so doing, to get the most out of their life.As a people-person, Christoph has gained valuable experience in managing moves for seniors and numerous other downsizing contracts.
Christoph volunteers with the Vancouver Hospice Society and is on the transition team of his church, Canadian Memorial United. Christoph spent twelve years working as a Rehabilitation Therapist. His long history of supporting both individuals and organizations through change is a source of pride. His ease and joy are evident when managing the logistics of a project and caring for those in transition.
Christoph first came to Vancouver in 2015 and worked for one of Vancouvers’ most prestigious builders. He became involved with and then moved into a volunteer position with the Rivendell Foundation. He owned and operated a housing company, which built boutique shipping container homes. Christoph’s love of home drew him again into managing the operations of Westcoast Modular, a supplier of unique and accessible housing options.
Christoph has led youth leadership retreats with Rotary International for nine years and is currently establishing a nature reserve on his property in Bamfield, BC. He is committed to establishing rich learning opportunities for young people by providing access to wonder in natural settings.
From experiencing his mother’s journey with ALS/Lou Gehrig's disease, Christoph has developed deep compassion for the challenge that important life changes can entail.Mindfully attending to a person’s unique journey and attending to the practical needs with attention and care are fundamental to who he is.
was the founder and CEO of nexphase since 2008. He has now retired to Peachland, with Christoph at the helm of the business. Working with client and their teams has been a very rewarding experience and Scott is looking forward to his "nextphase" of retirement.
